DIY studio for figure photoshooting ver.2

5 November 2008 by misao No Comment

I have shown my previous setup for my earlier figure photoshoot, but now I have rebuild it back using some new stuff I bought earlier – two IKEA’s TERTIAL desk lamp, 6500K bulbs from Philips and a new budget tripod. I did a big mistake to fold the colored cardbox from previous setup but the folding line was not that obvious so I re-use it anyway. So here is how the new setup looks.

I am getting near to what was taught in Figure on Cheap Lighting and the only lacking element is the light diffuser. My next project is to build my own lightbox  and I am gonna use this very useful article via Digital Photography School blog as a guide.
